The Story of
Mama B媽媽 B 的故事
It began with a single stall.
Mama B started as a humble Taiwanese pop-up, one cook folding dumplings by hand, chasing the flavours of home one plate at a time.
一切從一個小攤開始，一雙手，慢慢包出家鄉的味道。
Refined, dish by dish.
Recipe by recipe the food was perfected, the dumplings, the buns, the noodles and the old-street snacks, until every bite tasted the way it should.
一道一道，細細打磨，直到每一口都是道地的台灣味。
The volcano gave its warm breath.
In the old stories the volcano gave Mama B its warm breath, and fire and ash taught her patience at the stove.
傳說火山賜予她溫暖的氣息，火與灰教會她灶前的耐心。
The rivers, and the wind.
The rivers gave their pure flow and the wind carried every fragrance, until her cooking held the whole island within it.
河流賦予純淨的流淌，風送來每一種芬芳，讓她的料理盛滿整座島嶼。

Today Mama B has a home of its own at HDS Tower, Cluster F, JLT, serving handmade Taiwanese comfort food in the heart of the city.
